Pre-Contract Stage:
1. Review and analyze project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
2. Prepare and submit tenders, including competitive price comparison
3. Interaction with Vendors / Contractors / Client
Post-Contract Stage:
1. Prepare and submit valuation certificates, payment certificates, and final settlements.
2. Coordinate with Project Coordinator & Design Engineer to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and
ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Commercial Management:
1. Negotiate and agree on contract terms, including prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
2. Manage and administer contract documentation, including contract awards, variations, and amendments.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including changes to legislation, regulations, and standards.
2. Participate in project meetings, including progress meetings, coordination meetings, and stakeholder
meetings.
3. Prepare and submit reports, including project reports, cost reports, and progress reports.
4. Collaborate with other professionals, including architects, engineers, and project managers.
