About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to provide
support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, benefits administration,
and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and
onboarding. - Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and
develop employees. - Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and
other benefits. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflicts,
performance management, and disciplinary actions. - Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and
knowledge. - HR Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and databases.
- Communication: Communicate HR-related information to employees, management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR,
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HR software, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
