About the Role
Responsible for assigned Projects, and collaborating with architects, other
service engineers, contractors and Team members to ensure the successful implementation of Electrical systems.
Also, to be involved in conducting site visits, evaluating existing electrical systems, and providing technical
support throughout the construction process.
- Electrical System – Panels, switchboards, elevators, transformer, cable trays, etc.
- Extra Low Voltage – Closed Circuit Television System, Access Control System, Public Address & General
alarm System, LAN and Telephone System - Automation – Loopings & Controls
- To prepare the Requirements / Questionnaire of the assigned New Project
- To schedule the meeting with Architect / Client / Chief to collect the necessary information to
commence the drawing - To Design the Complete Electrical System from DBR, Budgetary Cost Estimation, ELD, EPL, Equipment
Selection, MSLD, Shaft / Cut opens, Internal Electrical Layouts, SLD, BOQ, Material List, MEP Coordination
and Hand over Documents - To communicate & coordinate with the other service consultants, contractors and site engineers about
drawing updation / revisions and MEP Coordination - To schedule periodical site visits to validate the Electrical Design execution
- To ensure the deliverables to the Architect with proper coordinated MEP drawing to evaluates
the conflicts and clashes between architectural elements and MEP systems.
